Thanks for commenting. Appreciate it. I am not sure quite where I got the wallpaper from. I will tar it and then make it a download on this screenshot. As for the external desktop selector, its a karamba theme I designed to replace the pager aplet on the kicker bar. I think that answered your questions :)
