based on Kone kore (http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php/kOne+-+Kore+%28Unofficial%29?content=5943

changed some colors and added the neon effect

install:
move css file in $kde/share/apps/kopete/styles/kONE/Contents/Resources/Variants/

open kopete, go to:
- configure
- appearance
- chat window
- select kONE (you have to install it if you don't already have) as Style
- select kore_dark_neon as Variant
Last changelog:

fixed some colors that was unreadable on background
