SuSE ColorScheme
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work):
You'll have to alter the translucent menu manualy (set it to maximum translucency for best results). The menu color is "#62AC31" and the text color is "#F4FFD1".
It looks nice with the SuSE Control Panel, but very ugly with KDE's Control Panel (and others).
Feel free to improve it and I hope someone get's the urge to make some icons to go with it. (the one's on SuSE site are nice but I can't find them).
Oh its made for mosfet's style and if you don't want the imbedded viewer to popup with a white background, you'll have to edit Kate's background setting to the standard background setting.
Changed Menu text color to "#F4FFD1" for better readability.
Changed Inactive titlebar and text color
Changed Active titlebar text color.
Active and Inactive title button now have the same color.
I now use Colorize for the Toolbar and Main Toolbar (maximum effect and the color is the same as translucent menu "#62AC31", it's not the best solution,I know).
Reduced contrast to a minimum.

this Colorscheme fits perfect to my suse kde desktop, although i use plastik and lipstick !
I love the color scheme and SuSE's linux distribuion. SuSE 8 has the easiest installation I've ever seen for a linux OS and it still has advanced expert features if you need them. SuSE 8 will also be the first Linux with KDE 3.0 final and a totally redone YAST (Yet Another Setup Tool) SUSE ROCKS! I think it's even better than Mandrake because it has much ebtter documentation adn over 2000 programs and just so much more! GREAT JO KEEP IT UP! I will install your theme again for KDE 3 and Liquid too1
It's a great colorscheme! And please send as the wallpaper - it looks great.
I don't know if the would like it if I put it up here. If you give me your mail address, I'll send it to you
what fonts are you using? i dig them.
I'm using MS Verdana, but with certain "XFTConfig" configurations, it can look different
what are these configurations?
Well my XFTConfig looks verry simple, mostly I only use one line. dir "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/truetype" But before you completly clean your config file, you might put it up here, so people can have a look at it. There's probably some "alias" between Verdana and an other font, so when you tell KDE to use Verdana it will use the "alias" insted
You have to use the liquid style,it really looks crappy on others, I tried
I'm glad you like it. I think i'll make a wallpaper as well to go with it . This one is not public available i think.
Hey, just wanted to say nice job on this color scheme.
:-)
You don't need to have SuSE, but the only way this scheme will look good is when you use it with a color compatible SuSE apps. It doesn't look good on many other apps and site's, green just doesn't fit in most of the time Oh the wallpaper I use is from SuSE but maybe I can distribute that one as well, it looks very good. And one could use it with the SuSE splash screen, to get a complete look'n feel, except for the icons. Maybe I'll make some based on iKons and change the color, does anyone have some tips for me to do that, I mean what kind of techniques should I use with Gimp to get the best result (I'm not an artist you know thus not experienced).
This is pretty cool for those people who don't have 7.3 which has a scheme like this. Good Work! :)
