Description: KiMpeg, pronounced Kai-m-peg, for K-Jofol, based on iMpeg for Kaiman by Pierre Breteau which came from iAudion for Audion by Jeremy Bailey. This works great with Noatun. It should work with any K-Jofol supporting app but I only tried it with Noatun.
Features imported from iMpeg (from left to right):
Previous, Play, Stop, Next buttons.
Features new to KiMpeg (from top to bottom/left to right):
Illuminating track progress/seek bar Scrolling track name Analyzer Small Clock Open File Playlist Illuminating volume knob/slider Minimize Information
That worked, I put it into ~/.kde/share/apps/noatun/kjskins
and it now shows up in the plugins section of the configuration.
Thanks a ton for the help!

There is no folder button...I'm using Redhat 8.0
KDE 3.0
I click on the K-Jofol skin and there is no folder icon to
browse for the skin, is there a dir i can unzip the files into
so that the skin will show up in the plugins list?

I keep my kimpeg in ~/.kde/share/apps/noatun/kjskins I hope this helps, but you might check your $KDEHOME since your kdeconfig stuff could be in ~/.kde3 or something else.
This looks awesome but how is it installed?
I have added it to the ~/.kde/noatun/skins dir, and the /usr/share/apps/noatun dir also
and it doesn't work in either =(

noatun, at least in the latest versions of KDE, should be able to install this itself. in the options dialogue, click the "K-jofol Skins" name on the side, then click the litle folder button at the bottom. find the .zip file, click it, and then click the "Install new Skin" button. k-jofol should load the skin itself.
by the way, this is a great skin. i never was totally satisfied with the iMpeg skin for kaiman. thanks for the port!
my one suggestion is this: i'd like to see an "options" button on the skin.
hope this helps.

This is a decent skin in the making, but still needs some work. The entire thing just looks blurry and the buttons are hard to identify.

Glad you like it! I just right click to get the pop-up then hit configure.
