it's been a while since I started to take interest in sawfish, so I emerged it ( gentoo box), and I am able to start it alone, instead of x, but If i fire up gnome, it' s still with metacityhow can I start gnome with sawfish? thanks
Open gconf, desktop→gnome→applications→window_manager→current and choose something else than Metacity.
