Description:
GTK 'DUST' theme by Rico Sta. Cruz and Ricardo (Kido) Mariano III
modified with 'GBand 0.5' scrollbar and sliders by Krig
Emerald theme 'Elfin2' by Lyrae title bar resize and recolorised and buttons so.
Borders right,left, bottom slimed.

Metacity 'Hunny Dust' (by Liquidgik) window title modified.
GDM is 'eGDM black' by DanRabbit with 'Meliae' logout icons recolorized.

where can I get the wallpaper?

What icons are you using? I've noticed the network manager icon is white, as is your volume icon.
I' using MELIAE iconset but i thing that SORA has updated his icon pack.... This one was the first one but i'm not sure...
...you can easily change color with GIMP as I did with my CAIRO icons....
