It is FREE. Works on Mac, Win and Linux. Includes not only db management but powerfull reports that work again on 3 OS.

you gonna checkout with sqlyog which provides you with powerful means to manage your MySQL databases with multiple connections and also with better GUI. i found best out of it with super functionalities runs on all Windows version from 98SE to Vista. Runs on Linux with WINE. Ye its even has free community version just give it a try !!!

HeidiSQL also runs fairly well with Wine and is worth checking out.
