Description: Songbird is a desktop Web player, a digital jukebox and Web browser mash-up. Like Winamp, it supports extensions and skins feathers. Like Firefox, it is built from Mozilla, cross-platform and open source.Last changelog:
Bullshit.
Where then? Gnome apps? It is not based on Gnome.
Songbird runs on KDE/LINUX, so it belongs to the family. No toolkit racist will be able to exclude it.
So then every single application that could be run in KDE should be included. That would be every application made for every single OS that runs KDE.
Do you have any clue how retarded that is?
This is KDE-Apps, so only applications *MADE FOR KDE* should be here.
that's a nice looking player ;-)
iTunes, but with the black apple look. pity i don't like the way iTunes works, if they took amarok and made it look like this they'd have a perfect thing ;-)

Yes but...it´s a good app :S...
Please post this application where it belongs. It doesn't belong here.
But this isn't Good-Apps.org.. it's KDE-Apps.org. It shouldn't be here.

Indeed toolkits don't matter. Integration does. Call me when Songbird uses KDE's widgetstyle, windeco, colorscheme, "About Songbird" dialog, "Configure Shortcuts/Toolbars" dialogs, Session Management, HIG, icons... and, well... a few more things. Then (XUL or not), it'll belong here.
Try freshmeat.net - this is for applications that are KDE specific.

Then why is openSuSE posted here????????
Because nobody has taken appropriate actions against that yet. No other reason.
Uh... songbird is not a KDE app. There's no reason for it to be here.
