Description:Multiscale Perlin noise is now provided as a terrain generation option. River generation was improved, particularly with regard to memory consumption and feedback to the user when the formation of large lakes stalls progress.

1. It would be nice to be able to abort generation when it is taking too long. 2. It would be handy to stop rendering when it is hogging too much CPU time and making it difficult to change the params.
