This program from Perl/Qt-GUI can:
-download, make, test and install perl modules from CPAN

Created with Perl 5.8.8 and PerlQt-3.009-b2 Not sure if it works with previous versions.
Must be executed with the kdesu command.

Example: kdesu qcpan

As this script is executed using root privileges it is good practice to inspect the script for malicious content. With that being said there is nothing in the script that can harm your computer.
