Nautilus Extension SVN Icon Emblem
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work):
Available as/for:
Description:Do not work with folders, only files.
But i suggest to use the python-svn of Grundic None. (svn-icons-emblems-with-python-svn_*.*_all.deb)
Take a look in the small screenshot.
When the file is not added in svn, it show a gray cross.
When the file is modified, it show a red icon.
In any else case, the icon is green.
This small script is very very very very very very very very very very very very very very useful to me. Please enjoy.
About python-svn support:
This is a version of Grundic None that use python-svn. It work perfectly, but is a little slow in first load. Anyway, it have support to files and folders.
You can not install both versions. (I am talking about the fast version, without python-svn)

Require:
python-nautilus
Require for python-svn support:
python-nautilus, python-svn
Require for python-subversion support:
python-nautilus, python-subversion
Install:
Run the .deb
anyway, if it do not work, unzip the file and put the .py file over:
/usr/lib/nautilus/extensions-2.0/python/
or:

There's only two programs I genuinely miss from Windows. TerraCopy and TortoiseSVN. This is a nice start to filling TortoiseSVN's spot. Extending this with some scripting to actually work with a repository would be icing on the cake. But even as is, it's pretty handy; I have a visual reminder telling me "Hey, time to commit". Nice job.
I am working in a TortoiseSVN clone called KappaSVN. Based on Grundic None script. http://sourceforge.net/projects/kappasvn/ It have basic actions like commit and update, and work fine. But still in pre-alpha.

I was trying to add a SVN sub-menu but for some reazon in ubuntu 8.04 is not working :( I have not test it in 8.10 yet. Maybe is a bug or a bad way to do a sub-menu... lol
