shinyPlayer is a port from MyMediaPlayer ( http://qt-apps.org/content/show.php/MyMediaPlayer?content=100982 ) to amarok 2. Before you compiling on an (x)ubuntu system type following lines in a terminal:

sudo apt-get build-dep amarok
sudo apt-get install qtcreator
sudo apt-get install g++
sudo apt-get install libphonon-dev
sudo apt-get install libtag1-dev
