at this state I could say it's quite fast, altought it's a bit slow when moving/resizing a window.
to install it you have to follow the instructions in xserver.freedesktop.org
(there's also a script there ;) ).
At the moment I use Xvesa or Xfbdev.
Xnvidia gives me an error (no matching card found)...probably my nvidia 5200 is not supported yet...
finally YES.
You can ran both xfree and xserver togheter! :)

Hi, Xserver is fast (with Xdamage&aXe&Xcompiste) ? Wich driver did you use ? Is hard to install ? It can run with a X plain vanilla side this ? ;-)
