There are some command line options for compmgr that get rid of the drop shadows for SK themes. I believe it is something like: compmgr -Ff But, check the man page for compmgr to find out for sure.

hmm.. yeah I just scrolled down the dock window size scroller under the shadow tab. That seems to work.. ;)
