Its KXDocker, my favorit ;-)
I have group the elements, so i can choose different apps by mousescrolling over a icon.
The dot on top of the icons means a running app. i love the kxDocker for all that.

The windeco is a selfmade Emerald-Theme. I make it for the Tiger-Style of Baghira. If it is ready, i`ll share it to.
