Readme:
Extract Aerials-style.tar.bz2:
In Kde control panel import Aerials.kcsrc for color scheme and Aerials.qtcurve for the qtcurve style with custom colors and widgets.
Extract Aerials-deKorator.tar.bz2:
Copy the folder under your deKorator directory (usually /home/YOUR-USER/.kde/share/apps/deKorator/themes)
Extract Aerials-wallpapers.tar.bz2:
Copy the wallpapers in your wallpapers dir!

Where can I find those icons?

Sorry for an irrelevant question, but how did you got shadows in kwin? It's not XGL cos you wouldn't be able to use kwin at all. Thanks, it-s
It's kwin shadows... you can enable them by adding composite extension to your xorg.conf and then configuring shadows under kde control.
you're wrong. you still can use kompmgr on XGL, but not compiz at same time
