For this theme I used the Beauty of Darkness wallpaper (I can't remember now who's its author) and the Crystal window decoration (and again I don't remember the author). Sounds used in this theme are from kde 3.5.
ps. sorry for the authors of the wallpaper and window decoration that I don't remember the names but their works are available on kde-look.org
ps2. I hope You'll like it

Totally dig it. Just one question: How did you get your quick launch on the bottom and task bar on top? Thanks Cheers
right click on your panel, add new panel and again right click on your panel and configure it. there are all the options you need. the task list is just a widget so add it by rightclicking on the panel you want.
Dude! This is INSANELY sweet. I think I'm gonna stick with it for a while. Great job, and here's a cookie. :)
http://ladymorgana.deviantart.com/ http://www.threnodyinvelvet.com/ Especially, here at http://ladymorgana.deviantart.com/wallpapers/ she states that ANY use of her wallpapers except for personal use is prohibited. Remove wallpaper, link to her site may stay. I will bring to your attention that this is COMMERCIAL website (kde-look.org cashes big with Adsense ads.)
Notice is here. http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/6911588/ I know I read it there somewhere.
She says that _this_ image http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/6911588/ is copyrighted, but we talk about this wallpaper http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/939982/ where she does not say anything about the copyrights. Anyway, I uploaded my theme, that I use now onto the page that do not give me any money for that. So, is it illegal? What's more, I found the wallpaper here, on kde-look.org, not on Deviantart. Here is the link: http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=18598. As we can see, wallpaper is under GNU/GPL licence, so I thought that I could use it. Here, on kde-look is also a boosplash with this picture. However, if I deleted this wallpaper from package I uploaded, could I still have it in my screenshots?
The changelog doesn't say anything has changed in a couple of months, so why do I keep seeing this announced on the front page as an update? If there is no update, don't update it!
I love this theme. I've been using it for a few days now, and it rocks.
Really, great work roger-z. I have a question: in the first snapshoot there is a transparent system information bar, what's the name of that program?? Thx
cynapses karamba theme...see (http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=11405)
it's a theme for superkaramba named awesome karamba. let me know if you want me to send you this theme that i modified a little bit :]
This is a very nice theme release, indeed. It's relaxing to look at, not too overwhelming or anything. It's nice, clean and I simply love the color scheme! :) Keep up the good work! ^^
Very beautiful artwork, i love the subtle uses of color and to the "religiously fervent", remember this, good and evil, light and dark, all mean nothing without the other
thanks for posting such a cool theme,
this is the first theme I actually got to work, I love it!
No!! Darkness is never "good". Jesus is the Light. Repent for the Kingdom of Heaven is nigh.
so you think i shouldn't use this theme? why? i like it ;] black colour is not bad. it's just a colour ;]
ps. I prefer black colour rather than some kind of stars ;)
Please folks, excuse Goduser - he knows not what he's doing. I prefer the darkness of night in which to sleep and am thankful for such. Besides, it would be difficult to distinguish between things without the variances of light and dark - also known as shades (white and black are not colors, they shades of each other). Anyway ... very good theme - thanks for producing and posting it !
You are welcome ;] I think that anyone should express his political or religious beliefs on kde-look.org because it is the first step to quarrels. We are society of open source. Our feature is unity. We should live in harmony. Does not metter whether I am white and he is black or she is a Jew and someone else is a Christian. We are here to develop our software.
Do the Christian fanatics now even have to evangelize in desktop design homepages? Unbelievable ^^
Religious fanatics...Don't you guys have your own websites to spam? Oh that's right, you can't, because the idea of electricity is blasphemy. So is gravity. Yet, you use it. Religion itself is just control. I can't comprehend how you can base your entire understanding of life and the world on a book, and what geezers who have read the book say. Besides, computers = logic. Religion = antilogic. -- Antitheist. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antitheism
You should not just look at this one Person. Religen is mabay not just a control or what do you think will happen when you are dead? Is there gone be nothing or what will happen? Or will you get born again? You should just get the difference between Computer and the real World.
how do you define the real world? do you think that computers are not real? do you believe in life after death? is it real? you cannot know it.
Yes, I'm saved and I happy to think this theme is beautiful. If you look back in Genesis 1:1-5, you'll see God never called darkness in itself bad. When there was nothing but darkness he made light and called it good, but at a time when evil itself hadn't existed yet darkness was not gotten rid of. It was just called night. God never intended darkness to be bad otherwise we wouldn't have it. Remember after all things had been created, in Genesis 1:31 he called all things very good. Darkness was still part of that.
