Description: Since I like the Oxygen-Transparent style I made a few simple changes to the "Clean Blue" theme (made by P. Coates - parker.coates@kdemail.net).
If I look at this when logged in, I get the "preview" option.
If I look at it when not logged in, it say it was uploaded 1 minute ago and no preview. I probably need to learn something about uploading here before I try something more...
