not sure what you mean? I am getting ready to redo the theme. I am going to add xf window manager to the theme. But all you have to do is drop the xfwm into the theme directory.
Thank you for your answer, i have clearlooks-phenix installed, bud it has window decoration in blue colors. my question was, have it in same gray color like your gtk theme.

i mean original clearlooks window decoration. But original xfwm decoration is blue and not grey
Just go into the xfce settings and change the window manager to clearlooks-phenix. Unless you don't have clear looks installed.
