Description:
You need Libreoffice installed to make this service menu works. Supported formats: .odt, .ods, .odp, .doc, .xls, .ppt, .docx, .xlsx, .pptx.

Edit: added .txt files as input

"soffice" is the command to launch Libreoffice. Maybe you installed Libreoffice with an alternative way to repo like Snap or Flatpak and so you can't launch it with "soffice" in the command line?
