I just finished my project. An interactive wallpaper, offering help for new users under Enlightenment.
To do this, I used Pclos mag special E17.
And I have use this example: Make an Elementary slider behave like a knob (work in progress)

I like this script, thanks to the author it offers countless opportunity.
The manual contains 46 pages of aids.
It's up to you to transform it for your distro.

How it work:
Place the mouse in the center of the window,
then keep the right button pressed, then move up to advance the pages, go down to go back.

"I would only add, make sure if using as a wallpaper you have a recent theme,
or use the default theme as I don't think the scrolling will work otherwise if using old e19 themes, though possibly some might be ok.
