Added a new version for Ubuntu 18.04+ and Debian Buster. If you do not like the integration of the Whisker menu, you can use the previous version. Switching between light and dark configuration is done by editing the gtk.css file in the GTK3 integration.

The theme for GTK 3.18 has been tested and works excellent on Ubuntu 14.04. A gtk2-engines-murrine is required.
Probably, the theme for GTK 3.18 can be applicable for older versions of GTK (up to 3.8), but needs to be checked.
