Here's how to install this Dark Ice Adwaita Theme for the XFE file explorer
Make sure XFE is installed first.
The xfwrc file goes in your ~/.config/xfe folder.
Copy the Adwaita icons folder to /usr/share/xfe/icons/Adwaita

Sorry uploaded the wrong file. I just uploaded the correct file. The xferc goes in your /home/user/.config/xfe folder.
You may want to start xfe the go to edit>preferences>Programs tab and set the default programs you use.
Where?? i'm still confused i don't have xfe folder. I'm using xfce4 is the dark ice a theme or something else. post screenshot for where the file goes and where you have it

Xfe is not xfce and is not related to thunar file manager. If your on ubuntu or debian operating system i believe you install it by typing the following
sudo apt-get install xfe xfe-i18n xfe-themes

This theme is for the xfe file manager. You need to install it. If you run xfe it will create the the xfe.
Can you give more info please on what to do? this isn't a normal theme for thunar manager.

No. Just another file manager. I think for arch you install it by typing. (not sure of package name). pacman -S xfe or pacman -S xfe 1.42-1
