10 10 the best, good combination of colors, is one of the classic themes that are not forgotten and mark as a desktop user. I no longer use it because it is outdated but "to remember is to live".
Why Kvantum only?
- Breeze not possible create Darker style, like as Adapta or Arc Darker - Breeze not possible create shadow effect on toolbar/menubar on window - Breeze not possible change scrollbar, slider, buttons and progressbar style and more etc...
