The entire Oxygen series of cursor icons is excellent, thank you for your work! If I may, I had issues with cursor corner resize not displayed correctly in Plasma 5.0 using x11 (works ok in wayland). I noticed plasma in x11 is looking for file that do not exist, such as sw-resize as an example. I do not know if other cursors interactions do not display correctly aside of the corner resize ones, but this may be the case. This issue applies to all your oxygen cursors, not just this colour.
For each set of cursor icons colour, I had add a link: ln -s size_bdiag ne-resize; ln -s size_bdiag sw-resize; ln -s size_fdiag nw-resize; ln -s size_fdiag se-resize
