Installation:
1.- Extract the tar.gz file to the themes directory i.e. ~/.themes/ or /usr/share/themes/ (create it if necessary).
Then change the theme via distribution specific tool like Gnome tweak tool or Unity tweak tool, etc.
The icon theme used was Electra-Mix(Updated) which is also available to download. Give it a try also !
