something like that is nice, but, in KDE 3.1.3 konqueror is still not able to draw the background image correctly, there are kind of artifacts left from the image, when trying to select some icons with the "selecting-rectagle" (don't know how to call it). that's why i don't use background images anymore.. but i hope that would be fixed in the future :)
