This is a png for your task bar. It is a slice from Xandros's new Launch button, which allows the taskbar to better blend in with the new button. To install, right click over taskbar, configure Panel, under panel go to appearance tab and Panel background, then enable background image, and locate the white png file. Click ok and your done.
