actually i do not know and i also haven't time now to learn how to make kde theme
so i submitt this if some one wants can use this thing anywhere i have gave SVG
so i listed in other any prob :)
It is nice GPLed clip art really. Probably better for graphic design than a theme. I don't know of any themes that use SVG, but it might be a cool idea.
