Btw apachelogger. The svg is not being correctly rendered, i also have this problem with one of my PCs running kde 3.4 . Konqueror renders it well but the desktop can't.
I still haven't solved the problem ...

happens quite often eg: the konsole icon also doesn't get rendered correctly
