Description:
My first licq skin.
Just untar the tar-ball an move/copy the skin.tux-xp dir into qt-gui directory (/usr/local/share/licq/qt-gui on my system)

patch

i've noticed that transparency do not realy work with qt-gui (both kde and qt gui). i was able to make it a little bit translucent but it was not exactly the picture of what was behind the window at this moment.

Deviant

As the current Xfree86 architechture is, real transparency/translucency isn't really possible. Somebody would have to impliment a transparency server into X. Or later we might use something else than X. But it will take at least a year before some changes like this will happen... :-( Why, I do not know. Lack of Xfree86 developers on this project?
