Description: A quickbar program for KDE, based on the interface of a popular RPG.
You assign programs to the slots on the quickbar by dragging icons from the desktop or K-menu, or by right clicking and using the radial menu.
You can then run the programs either by left-clicking on them or pressing the corresponding F* key.
Note: Winterbar currently works best when using X.org and xcompmgr. Other X servers have not been tested. Also, the Shift+F* and Ctrl+F* shortcuts have not yet been implemented.
I like the idea of your winterbar.
But why is it a stand-alone application? Why not make it a kicker extension?
This would give you the advantage of being movable, resizeable and being shown on all desktops without any work from you.

Why are these cool round menus only for the configuration? Why not for adding menus from the k-menu to winterbar? Or for creating own menus?
Please tell me that wallpaper can cover dual monitors... Where did you get that from?
It's the default wallpaper that comes with Suse 9.1
