I thinks its pretty good, but perhaps you could make another version of it, perhaps with light blue instead of the green and red colors, for us that don't like xp colors so much.

The flowers are in the original ICQ colors and have so far nothing to do with XP.
Which part should be colored differently? The flowers or the entire Skin?
I can't say I hate the outragous XP default theme. I like the silver version. It's an interesting GUI .. it's just that I broke the crack habit of MS Windows about 6 years ago and can't go back.
I like the skin you made..very nice.
