Description: NOT A THEME! Only for inspiration! This is a theme for something. It was a theme fro MacOS from the beginning but was never released. I upload this to inspire someone who would like to make a similar one for KDE. Icons are in the tar file.
...from my days back in LiteStep, and other Win32 alternative shells, I can tell you one thing: tin_omen doesn't do ugly. ;)
Though, I doubt the scope of the above screenshot could not be captured in KDE -- LiteStep had TONS of options, if you were willing to sit and edit text files all day. (It's been awhile, that might have changed.)
This kind of theme is more suited for Enlightenment, imho.
Yes, I love it too, but I would be difficult to create such a desktop, because every single piece of element (i.e. icon) which does not look like this will destroy the feeling.

Wow, if KDE could implement this, then I might use it more...

It's an old KDE1 Theme. Download it here. http://www.ftlinuxcourse.com/FTLC_Complete/ExternalContribs/Software/KDE.Themes.org/
I vaguely remember there was a window decoration like this for KDE 1.1.2... but I may be wrong.
