Xandros 3.0 comes with a very nice Silver Launch button...But if you want to have a transparent panel, it doesn't work out very well. Feel free to use these, if they suite you.

Just extract the files to: $HOME/.kde/share/apps/kicker/pixmaps

if there is no pixmaps directory, create one, if there already is one rename it and retain it as a backup.

Now just adjust the size of the panel, and it'll set the Launch button to the proper Icon.
