To get the clock face fonts right, you need to have fonts "Andes" "Arial" "Nimbus Sans L" "Cinema" and "Actionis" installed on your system - they are all free and downloadable from the net.
To install the clock, just swap the .svgz file of your choice for the file clock.svgz in any Plasma theme and then use the KDE system settings manager to change between the clocks.

Instead of relying on fonts; could you convert the text to paths? In inkscape, select the text, Path menu> object to path.
I tried that, but when I later grouped all the stuff together, these converted numbers dissapeared. I don't like this font solution much either.. But it works and I use various fonts 4 my graphix so it didn't bother me so much that I would do something with it :) Thanks 4 the comment anyway..
