2. Copy Folder 'yakuake_dark_theme' to Yakuake app Folder /usr/share/apps/yakuake or other...
3. edit file /.kde/share/config/yakuakerc and add to [Options] section skin=/.../yakuake_dark_theme

with yakuake 2.8 beta 1 you can now install skins right from the tar.gz file like so: Yakuake Menu > Configure Yakuake (under settings) > Skin Tab - and click the install new skin button =] Nifty little feature

but a little bit too dark imo. But it's neat and looks cool.
