I believe you have to edit your package/upload. I don't think anyone else can do it. Editing your comments on here I dont think is possible either. If it is, it is really obscure, but you should be able to change the category.
It is nice and colorful! I do believe this needs to be categorized as under Splash Screens rather than Bootsplash/Usplash.
