In the download there is a normal and darker version.
kirocker is a kicker applet to control Amarok.
kirocker also has a full screen option.
This is a theme for the full screen mode.
You need the run kirocker 4.0 beta or later.

short explanation:
untar the file and copy the theme files to you /home/you-name/.kde/apps/kirocker/themes.
If this location not exist, you can also copy the theme files to /opt/kde3/share/apps/kirocker/themes (you have to be root to copy to this location)

How did you get the kicker button into the fullscreen mode?
See my comment on your other theme. This theme has been included by default in Kirocker Music Display 4.0 beta 2 and modified a little.
