Dracula

Description:
This color theme is based on a custom VIM theme named Dracula.
Since there are tons of programming languages that are supported by Kate, I hova not done all of them yet.
I converted the following syntax colors from VIM:
C++
CSS
HTML
JavaScript
PHP
SQL
XML
Others may look good, but not correctly set yet.
If you found any bugs, or need a correction to another syntax colors, feel free to comment here. Last changelog:
