Unfortunately I don't have time for dealing with this anymore.
I've checked the bugreport, and I would like to warn you, that at the time I created this theme, a 1:1 equivalent of the Sublime Text theme wasn't possible to create. I don't know about current versions, but at that time, Kate's and Sublime's highlighting engines were totally different.
