Kubuntu Upower Splash

Description:
This is a Kubuntu Upower splash screen based on goldenboy's Kubuntu Lineart wallpaper.
To install, copy the kubuntu folder contained in the tarball to /etc/upower and change the line in /etc/upower/global-config.xml to read kubuntu (all lower case, same name as the folder).
