I'm not sure where to submit this but I found a few errors when using this theme. I got them fixed with this:
$ diff index.theme.fixed index.theme

I honestly don't understand anymore if there are 1 or 2 sets of icons: Arrongin or Telinkrin? Is Arrongin now the set of icons for both themes?
