Installation instructions:
1.- Download and uncompress the zip file.
2.- Move the content to the themes directory i.e. ~/.themes/ or /usr/share/themes/

This theme looks great! There's only 1 very small issue I've noticed so far. In Xubuntu 18.04, some of the panel assets are a different background color. https://i.imgur.com/TELFwl8.png Other than that, the theme works and looks great, and I'm glad someone is making a synthwave/outrun retraux 80's theme.
