Description:
I did this colorscheme long ago but never released it. It's made to look nice with breeze widgets and decorations, but for a better retro style, use it with Solandrew's CDE for KDE decorations ( https://store.kde.org/p/1252116/ ) and Win 9x widgets.

10 Nice. I personally use it with a dark panel (dark 'Plasma style' e.g. something like Greybird-Dark), Breeze 'Application style', Papirus icons (with 'Nordic' color folder) and it looks 'modern', so there is nothing 'old' about the color scheme itself.
