Description: I like the Arc theme, but I also love the Zenburn colour scheme. So I fired up Sublime Text [UNREGISTERED] and changed a few values, and also edited some images in Inkscape and GIMP, and came up with something that I like. I made this for my own personal use, so as for now it's incomplete, but works nicely for GNOME shell.
What works: - GTK2/3 theme - Gnome Shell theme
What doesn't work / isn't Zenburn style: - Cinnamon theme - Unity theme (probably) - Xfwm4 theme - Plank theme
I have some issues using Dash2Dock extension for GNOME, I just end up overriding the system (Arc-Zenburn) theme and choosing #3f3f3f for the background colour of the dock.
Update in 0.2: - fixed a lot of the GTK2 elements with Imagemagick
I like it! Two ideas for you. #1, could you have a release where the blue menu overlay is changed to, say, orange? And #2, could you also release a version for Xfwm?
I'm trying to install your theme in my opinion very nice but I can not figure out how to install it because it is the first time I change a theme on ParrotOS.
Someone could help me, thanks in advance
Should be the same as on any distro. Create a folder called '.themes' in your home directory, unzip the archive there, then use gnome-tweak-tool to switch to it. You'll need to enable the User Themes extension to change the gnome-shell theme to match.
I just saw that Parrot uses MATE. I haven't tested the theme on MATE and I forget exactly where the appearance settings are in that DE. Same procedure though, unzip to .themes (create folder if not there), then use appearance settings to change to it. Let me know how well it themes the panels/etc as I haven't tested it.
