Noticed that the dconf-editor icon is not showing for app, even if present under scalable/apps. Have tried icon set both under .icons and usr/share/icons. Awesome Theme :)
Locate the file/link ca.desrt.dconf-editor.svg and delete it, then either make a copy of dconf-editor.svg or create a link and call it ca.desrt.dconf-editor.svg (or whatever your distribution calls from the *dconf-editor.desktop file under your applications folder)

If I can get the time in the next couple days I'll make a full panel version from this, but for now I think you can get it to do what you want it to do with that extension. Let me know how it goes, and check back in a day or two.

What's the Icon theme in the photo?

Any chance of a normal full panel version as its not compatible with dashtopanel extension?
Try this one http://fav.me/dbuic0c and use a diff editor to import the #panel entries into Savile Row if you need it up to date for 3.30.
Alternatively you could replace the panel_bg.png file with a similar sized file cut from one of the other panel* files.
