Cyanogen
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work):
Available as/for:
Description:Cyanogen Gtk theme
Added a small screen variant called Cyanogen-Mini, please let me know if I scaled it down too much
Requirements to run everything as in the screenshots:
Neuropol X fonts (Shell theme & conky)
ttf-pizzadude-bullets (conky)
Murrine gtk engine (gtk-2.0)
I found this site helpful when installing Neuropol X fonts so that gdm could use them (not required if just using them on your desktop and in the shell) Install and configure Unicode TrueType fonts in Linux

Finally getting around to breaking Cyanogen down into distinct packages.

This is great. However, MPRIS extension only shows half. I have screen shots that I have no idea how to upload here... This is a great theme. Except that some menus are shown half size or not at all..

If you're using Gnome 3.38 it may not work correctly. I haven't revisited or refreshed this theme in ages. I don't know what MPRIS extension you're using so can't begin to guess what problem you're seeing.
I love this shell theme. I'm using MPRIS indicator button extension https://github.com/JasonLG1979/gnome-shell-extension-mpris-indicator-button/ for quick access to media keys for GSConnect. The pull down menu for this extension is visible only on the left 50%/the right half simply doesn't exist. It's the only issue I noticed. I have screen shots. Just not sure where/how to send.

I'm sorry. I just realized I mixed up the TRON SUITE theme with Cyanogen. Is there any way to delete or edit my original comment?
That's okay. They don't have a way for me to delete your comments.

Much appreciated.
I'm on Pop OS 18.04 Gnome Shell 3.28.4. I get white bar under popup arrows (https://imgur.com/lgqijle). Any suggestions to fix this?

I don't. You could try replacing /usr/share/gnome/gnome-theme.gresource with the one that is packaged with the theme but may render your desktop unusable so be prepared to reinstall the original in the terminal.
It would be great to add a Gtk, rounded corners and transparencies for the final release of Gnome Shell 3.34 ....I'm testing it on Fedora 31 beta ....Great for small monitors, only it would take a more visible character!!!!! It can become the perfect theme....really nice
Thanks. Not sure when or if I'll get around to working on this theme again. But I'd be curious to see what changes you'd make if you give it a go.
I would have tried to be able, my suggestion would be to enable a minimum of transparencies, a slightly more visible character especially for small monitors, rounded corners for your favorite bar and a Gtk for windows ..... it is too nice with these suggestions would be the best and I would like to bring them you deserve a big hug because it is b
