This is a light modification of the Arc dark Theme for the Budgie Desktop. Simple nice and clean. It is explicit created for the Budgie Desktop (GTK3)

To install this theme unzip it and place it in the .themes folder in your home directory. If it is not there create this folder. Then select it in your system settings or with the gnome tweak tool.
