I actually haven't added much to this theme at all, but I'm uploading it because I kind of want to make a look and feel package that uses this. It is derived from this theme: https://www.opendesktop.org/p/1162362/ which is basically the Oxygen plasma theme but with nice colorful tray icons that will match your skeumorphic icon theme better. What I've done is basically edited some of the SVG files to have more alpha. I could not for the life of me get that to look right with the widget background, so I just copied the panel background over so that it uses the same background for widgets and panels.
I know next to nothing about editing SVG files, so if anyone wants to improve this, please do I would happily incorporate your changes into this theme.
